Having regard to the voluminous nature of loan transactions, it is not practicable to furnish borrower-wise details of the amount, due date for repayment or receipt and extent of delay in this report (as suggested in the Guidance Note on CARO 2020, issued by the ICAI for reporting under this clause), in respect of loans and advances which were not repaid/ paid when they were due or were repaid/ paid with a delay, in the normal course of lending business. (d) According to the information and explanations given to us and on the basis of our examination of the records of the Company, the details of amount overdue for more than ninety days, on the loans and advances in the nature of loans, are as follows: (e) The company’s principal business is to give loans and is a registered NBFC, accordingly, provisions stated under clause 3(iii)(e) of the Order is not applicable. (f) According to the information explanation provided to us, the Company has not any granted loans and / or advances in the nature of loans, including to promoters or related parties as defined in clause (76) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 either repayable on demand or without specifying any terms or period of repayment during the year. Accordingly, the provisions stated under clause 3(iii)(f) of the Order are not applicable to the Company. iv. According to the information and explanations given to us, there are no loans, investments, guarantees, and security in respect of which provisions of sections 185 and 186 of the Companies Act, 2013, are applicable and accordingly, the provisions stated under clause 3(iv) of the Order is not applicable to the Company. v. According to the information and explanations given to us, the Company being Non-Banking Finance Company registered with RBI, the provisions of Sections 73, 74, 75 and 76 of the Act and the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014, as amended, are not applicable to the Company. According to the information and explanations given to us, no order has been passed by the Company Law Board or National Company Law Tribunal or Reserve Bank of India or any Court or any other Tribunal in this respect. vi. The provisions of sub-Section (1) of Section 148 of the Act are not applicable to the Company as the Central Government of India has not specified the maintenance of cost records for any of the products of the Company. Accordingly, the provisions stated under clause 3(vi) of the Order are not applicable to the Company. vii.
