Client Protection Principle (CPP): Arohan has been Recertified in Client Protection Principle(CPP) thesecondtime inarow.With this, the organization is in the prestigious list of 6 (six) financial institutions that are CPP certified. Arohan was awarded the Recertification after successfully clearing all the 193 Indicators categorized under the 7 principles of Appropriate Product Design and Delivery, Prevention of Over- indebtedness, Transparency, Responsible. Pricing, Fair and Respectful Treatment of Clients, Privacy of Client Data and Mechanisms for Complaint Resolution : The recertification is a recognition of the continued alignment of the institution’s management systems, policies and processes with the Client Protection Principles. This achievement demonstrates the strong commitment from the management to promote growth and institutional development within a client protection framework. Presently, the Company is undergoing its review check process for Client Protection Principle. An SP1 Social Performance Rating: Arohan continues to retain the highest rated SP1 grading by ICRA. The Company’s score improved to 81 this year from 80 of previous year. During FY2021-22, Management decided to move to International standard of Social Rating using the CERISE SPI4 tool on various indicators that Define & Monitor Social Goals, Ensure Board, Management and Employee Commitment to Social Goals, Design products, Service and Delivery channels that meet clients’ needs and preferences, Treat Clients Responsibly, Treat Employees Responsibly and Balance Financial and Social Performance.
