Joyanta Bakali is a Deputy Business Head and currently handles the largest portfolio in Arohan, supervising operations for Zone 2 of Bihar, Zone 3 of Assam, Tripura & Meghalaya, and Zone 4 of Odisha, Chhattisgarh and, Zone 8 of Jharkhand and some part of Bengal, Arohan’s operational geographies and has been associated with the Company since June 2007. Joyanta holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad. He is a microfinance veteran and has over 18 years of working experience in the sector. He is in charge of Circle 1, Arohan’s biggest Circle (portfolio, customer base wise).
