Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in handling Inbound and Outbound calls. Should have good Communication Skills. Fluent in Assamese, English, Hindi/Bengali. Should be able to work with a team and good at computers and knowledge of Excel.

Function:

  1. 1. Handling inbound calls
  2. 2. Providing resolution to customer complaints/queries
  3. 3. Escalating complaints to the right level as per escalation matrix
  4. 4. Ensuring loop closure of escalated complaints –informing customer
  5. 5. Capturing Customer Satisfaction level with solution provided
  6. 6. Making outbound calls on provided database for
  7. a. verification, b. confirmation of details, c. customer satisfaction
  8. 7. Preparing call reports
