Experience:1 year of experience in Telecalling. Must be proficient in speaking Oriya and Assamese. 


  1. Handling inbound calls.
  2. Providing resolution to customer complaints/queries.
  3. Escalating complaints to the right level as per escalation matrix.
  4. Ensuring loop closure of escalated complaints – informing customer.
  5. Capturing Customer Satisfaction level with solution provided.
