Experience:8-12 year of experience in HR Compliance professional with knowledge of statute and Staff Governance .. 

Function:

  1. Managing PF Compliance, ESI, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Labour Welfare Fund, Shops & Establishment, understanding of filing of Returns and other Statute.
  2. Handling the process of Domestic Inquiry & Staff Governance issues from time to time.
  3. Managing Compliance program, Compliance trackers with regular updates and responding to violation, if any, within TAT.
  4. Coordination with Vendors and also implementation of the updated gazetted rules and regulations.
  5. Must be in a Managerial role for the last 2 years.
