Experience:8-12 year of experience in HR Compliance professional with knowledge of statute and Staff Governance ..
- Managing PF Compliance, ESI, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Labour Welfare Fund, Shops & Establishment, understanding of filing of Returns and other Statute.
- Handling the process of Domestic Inquiry & Staff Governance issues from time to time.
- Managing Compliance program, Compliance trackers with regular updates and responding to violation, if any, within TAT.
- Coordination with Vendors and also implementation of the updated gazetted rules and regulations.
- Must be in a Managerial role for the last 2 years.
