Experience: 5 years of experience in HR Compliance with knowledge of statute and Staff Governance. 

Function:

  1. Managing PF Compliance, ESI, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Labour Welfare Fund, Shops & Establishment, understanding of filing of Returns and other Statute.
  2. Handling the process of Domestic Inquiry & Staff Governance issues from time to time.
  3. Managing Compliance program, Compliance trackers with regular updates and responding to violation if any within TAT.
  4. Coordination with Vendors & also implementation of the gazette rules & regulations.
